Lys Markets gives corporates and investors what ordinarily only banks have: a trading floor that works for them.
Origin
The practice grew out of buy-side work: years spent receiving, pricing and negotiating bank structures on behalf of a Geneva family office, on global macro and event-driven strategies. The products we now review, hedge or assess are the ones we watched arrive on our screens.
Lys Partners provides the framework: an independent advisory firm in Paris, a corporate finance practice, and established relationships with CFOs, counsel and accountants.
Team
Alexis Osiecki, founder. Former portfolio manager at a Geneva family office, CFA Level II candidate.
Depending on the matter, the firm draws on external specialists in modelling, ISDA documentation and banking law, whose independence is verified on the same terms as ours.
